Advanced Manufacturing & Technical Operations

The Pressworks Building was originally designed to support heavy industrial printing operations and offers the infrastructure needed for modern manufacturing and technical users. Ink Works and Mailroom provide fully conditioned high-bay space with 8-inch concrete floors, 20-foot clear ceilings, truck docks, and access to approximately 3MW of electrical capacity.

These spaces allow installation of production equipment, assembly lines, test rigs, or fabrication operations while maintaining adjacent office space for engineering and administration.
